Greg started his resort sales career in the vacation ownership industry where he was a member of the exclusive Circle of Excellence team. Ultimately, Greg served in leadership roles with several high profile resorts such as Marriott’s Grand Vista in Orlando, FL and finally Director of Sales at Vistana/Starwood’s World Golf Village in St Augustine, FL. Greg transitioned to the whole ownership industry in 1999 when he joined The Ginn Company. Greg was a top sales performer and a member of the President’s Club and ACES award for leading sales in the resort sales community every year while a sales person at Ginn’s Hammock Beach Resort. Eventually, Greg was promoted to Sales Manager where he managed the day-to-day operation of the sales team.
After working at Hammock Beach, Greg served as Director of Sales Operations for all of Ginn Real Estate. During his tenure in this role, he was responsible for securing state registrations, generating Homeowner Association and Architectural Review Board guidelines, managing closings companywide, and created compliance guidelines for over 100 sales executives within the company. When Ginn purchased Cobblestone community outside Columbia, SC, Greg led a team of over 25 sales people to one of the largest sales events in South Carolina history. Finally, Ginn Sur Mer was started, Greg was tapped to lead Ginn’s premier and most complex project to date. Serving as V.P. of Sales and Marketing his team generated 190 closed transactions in less than a year while managing 20 sales people between three sales offices and 2 countries. During Greg’s sales management career he and his teams have been responsible for over 5 billion dollars in real estate sales. Most recently, Greg managed several high profile projects including Talisker at Deer Valley, The Waldorf-Astoria Park City, and West Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, in Puerto Rico.

Tom Jervis is the Founder and a Real Estate Associate for the KST Group in Jacksonville, Florida. He and his team specialize in residential properties servicing Florida’s First Coast. The KST Group was founded upon the basic principles of always putting the clients’ best interests first, while at the same time offering our agents the best resources in order for them to achieve their own personal goals.
Tom was born in England, but spent his youth growing up in the Bahamas and South Florida. It is because of his cultured background, that he is capable of servicing a wide range of clients, with the utmost professionalism and quality. After moving to Jacksonville to attend Jacksonville University, Tom felt he found another place to call home. Upon graduation, Tom worked in the finance industry but knew he needed something more. Tom chose to pursue a career in Real Estate, connecting back to the passion he’s had since his early exposure to the industry through his father’s development company in the Bahamas. His motivation, enthusiasm, and expertise are shown in all he does and Tom is truly dedicated to serving his clients and all their needs.
